Introduction
Once again we are going to look at a co-op game, this one has cute birds that work in a post office, Keywe! Imagine how hard it would be for Kiwi birds to send mail, or even sort the mail, it is harder than you think! Luckily, there are two kiwi birds, work together to make sure that the mail gets sent on time! The faster you do so, the better the score! We had no clue what we were getting ourselves into, but this game was on PlayStation pass!
What did I think before playing KeyWe?
After a few failed co-op games, we were looking for another game, and hopefully we would succeed in finding a good game this time! We found Keywe on the PlayStation, it looked like a great game where you work together to send the mail. There is even sorting and mini-games. Wait, did I see an octopus? For more information, we looked at the Steam page!

We saw some gameplay on the page, There were even seasonal levels! I was hoping for a Halloween level! It also seemed that while working together, you would need to avoid obstacles while sending the mail! While completing the levels, you can earn stamps that will allow you to customize your Kiwi bird. Unlock funny skins or even equip cool hats!

This seemed like a great co-op game, will we finally be able to find a good game to play together?
Story
The story of Keywe takes place when Jeff and Debra find a new job at a postal office, they start to work and are accepted for the job quickly, now they need to send mails, and fast! Can you survive all the seasons, or will you freeze to death in the winter?
Rating
I rate the story of Keywe with a 5.5.
The story is quite weak, as well as the ending, but it does get you started.
Gameplay
The gameplay has many different elements while working together, the main goal is to send mail or even sort out packages. However, every season has different difficulties, if you play in the winter you might even freeze! In some of the levels you need to use a keyboard together to send messages, however you do have time, be too slow, and it is the end for you. All the levels have different gameplay elements, there are way too many to even name in this review!
There are other levels where you need to send the mail to the right cities while also sorting out packages, this is where working together comes into play. While alone it can be hard to complete the level, however when working together you can easily complete the level. When completing levels, you will earn stamps, these are needed for cosmetic items. We have collected a lot of them, you can even change the skin of your Kiwi!
When you complete some main levels, you will unlock new mini-games, these often have new gameplay elements, if you complete these mini-games enough, you can earn more stamps and cosmetic items. We tried all of them and recorded them. As you can see in the video below, working together is needed, and this game finally has some good co-op where you need to work together!

There was one huge problem, one of the seasons was missing, spring!
Sound and Graphics
Graphics
The graphics of Keywe were fun to look at. I enjoyed equipping new cosmetic items, however to get stamps was hard in some levels. The giant birds in the levels, that help with sending packages, look awesome! They drink a lot though in the mini-games! The seasons altered the gameplay a lot more than I had expected!
Sound
The kiwi birds can screech at anything, screeching at things is fun! Oh yeah, the soundtracks are fun too! But I love those bird screeches!

What did I think after playing Keywe?
The gameplay was a lot of fun especially with co-op, however sometimes missions were stressful as we barely managed to complete them! The biggest problem was that one of the seasons were missing, where did spring go? Do we live with three seasons now? No one likes Spring anymore it seems! This also means that the story mode is shorter since one season is missing, I did however, enjoy Fall as Halloween was indeed included!
There were also special items to collect in levels that would unlock new cosmetic items, these can also be unlocked in the mini-games. You will still need stamps to buy the items, however! Changing the skin of your bird almost made it look like a different bird! You can clearly see that both of us had quite a different taste in birds!

If you are looking for a fun co-op game, look no further, as you have found one!
What are my personal thoughts about Keywe?
In one of the levels, you needed to type messages with a typewriter, where both of us needed to work together to get the word typed as fast possible, this seemed like an easy job, until the letters kept swapping around like crazy. My wife and I had a great time with figuring out how this game worked, there were many different gameplay elements, some even including screeching birds!

This is so adorable, thank you for bringing attention to this! I love the pun in the title and how you can customize your birbs in many different ways. It's nice to know you can play alone if you want to, but it seems much more difficult that way! I am pretty adept at typing, though, so maybe that part of the game wouldn't be too hard for me?

I think the game will give you some boost for playing alone, we have not tried it yet though!
