Introduction
Today we will be looking at another Idle game, while there is a slight story, I will not include it in this review. We are going to review Idle Berserker, I just hope you will not go berserk when reading this review. Once again you will need to put down your phone to get the gains, but how well are the gains, and is this just pay to win, or can you succeed without money?
What did I think before playing Idle Berserker?
The Google Play Store actually recommended me this game when I was looking for a game to review. It has this whole section with games I might enjoy; thus I thought, maybe there is something to review. And that is when I stumbled upon this game and I wondered, will this be another nice Idle game to play, or will this just be another cheap clone? Why do I even keep playing these games? Who knows, time to check out the Google Play Store!

It is immediately clear this game will be idle, there is a promise of loads of equipment and skills to gather. Which is always neat since otherwise it will be difficult to kill monsters! It also mentions dazzling interaction with many game modes. There is of course only one way to find out if the Google Play Store is correct, time to download this game.

I had a good feeling about this game, it seemed like a great game to carry with you, play a little and enjoy the idle rewards.
Gameplay
The gameplay of Idle Berserker is very varied, but the main plot is that you will need to defeat a dragon and progress through stages to get stronger. One of the special elements of this game is, that when you hit enough enemies, your character goes berserk. This will increase your speed and stats for a small amount of time. Once you feel ready to face the boss of a stage, you can attempt said boss.
Since you will eventually need better gear, you will need to summon new weapons, among other things with diamonds. Luckily, this game hands out plenty of free diamonds for you to summon goodies. Along with tickets. You can also upgrade old gear to permanently increase your stats, you also have rings, necklaces, creatures, and even companions who can help with fighting. It might also be useful to summon some skills to increase your chances at success.
There are many game modes to attempt, but you will need to progress through the game by leveling up. When you level up, you can also assign new skill points, or level up stats with gold. There is even an adventure mode, a tower of trials, and many other challenges. For example, trying to hurt a dragon, or joining a guild. This game offers a lot more, like events, unlockable costumes and other things, some costumes can be purchased with diamonds. I will let you find the rest out on your own.

I truly enjoyed the mechanics of this game and how it clicked together.
Sound and Graphics
Graphics
The graphics of Idle Berserker are good. There is some variety in areas and monsters. Most of the weapons look different from each other and there are fun costumes. Then there are all the different modes. I have to say, it is pretty solid all around.
Sound
The sound effects got quite annoying, along with the way too upbeat soundtrack. But at least you have something pretty to look at.

I rate the sound and graphics of Idle Berserker with a 6.7
While the graphics are good, the sound department might need some polish.
What did I think after playing Idle Berserker?
I have played this game for many hours before writing this review. One of the hardest things to get in this game, are decent companions, since you can only get tokens with events, and you will not get a companion in one pull unless you are lucky. You just have to participate in events that are luckily hosted regularly.
The idle rewards are good as well, they will increase as you get further into the game. It is wise to remember that you can only be idle for eight hours before it is capped. Which means that after a night of sleeping, you can expect that your character has leveled up quite a lot.

I rate Idle Berserker with a 7.1 after playing.
After playing for a long time, you will notice it gets harder and harder to push through walls. This means idling a lot, or spending money if you are not patient enough, and things are expensive in this game. I do recommend the cheap ad-free purchase.
What are my personal thoughts about Idle Berserker?
It was very fun to play this game, checking on what reward you have gotten, fighting the bosses after summoning new loot. There is a lot of active time you can spend in this game for an Idle game.

- You will receive plenty of free diamonds to summon loot
- Level up an insane amount and build up your stats or even awaken your character
- The ad-free purchase is cheap
Cons
- The sound effects and soundtracks are not good
- All other purchases are expensive
- It is hard to get good companions or creatures
- Finding a good guild is hard
All in all, if you are looking for a decent game that you can idle while gaining rewards, then this game is a good one to download!

I mean, it's an IDLE game for MOBILE, and it's FREE, so of course it's a cash grab. You can have a lot of fun with it without spending a dime, but just like every other free (and many paid) mobile games; it's designed to get you to pay into it.
