Introduction
Today we are going to look at another fighting game, Injustice 1! Can you beat up Superman? Sure you can, if you have the moves that is! There is a story that keeps the fights going, or you can just start a simple fight. Who is going to be your favorite character? All of them have different skill sets and combos. However, in the story mode you have to fight with certain characters. The main focus, is to stop an evil superman!
What did I think before playing Injustice Gods Among Us?
I have always been a fan of superhero games, while I am more of a Marvel fan, DC is also something that I enjoy. I was curious as to how this game worked and if the fights were any fun. Even though, fighting games are not really my thing, but I do want to see, which one is good and a fun one! I did not know what else to expect about this game, it was time to check the Steam Page!

The Steam page does not tell us many things except for that the fact, that you are going to have to battle a lot of enemies in a one versus one combat. Do you have the guts to take on the evil superman? There are many different combos’ to learn and missions to complete!

Story
The story takes place in a parallel universe where Superman has gone mad with power and has become a dictator after the Joker forces him to kill his pregnant wife. There was also a bomb that killed millions of people. It is your job as a Batman from another world to stop Superman!

The story is quite simple and gets you mixed up in a lot of different fights.
Gameplay
As you play through the story, you will gain experience points and level up, although, I am unsure how this impacts the game. You will need to play as many different characters while going through the story, this is a great way to test your skills to see if you are up for stopping Superman. There are many combos while you are battling. There are also special attacks for each character. These deal a lot of damage!
Besides the story mode, you will have a mission mode, there are missions for each character. If you plan on completing them all, you are going to be busy for a long time, I myself did not bother too much with this mode, I was mostly interested in the story mode and just fighting different opponents!
If you play through the game, you will also unlock alternate skins for various characters. These do not change the battle but, you might look more fashionable while killing your opponent! Which character is going to be your favorite!?

While this game can be fun, it is not fun for a long time.
Sound and Graphics
Graphics
The graphics are not very good, but it is cool to see different characters’ duke it out. The arenas are fun to see get beaten up. There are even special effects in multiple levels. I did enjoy the alternate skins!
Sound
The soundtracks were very enjoyable, they were upbeat enough to keep the battle going. The sound effects were nice as well!
Rating
I rate the sound and graphics of Injustice 1 with a 7.6.
While it could have been much better, the sound and graphics are the highlight of this game!
What did I think after playing Injustice Gods Among Us?
To be honest, I enjoyed the story mode along with the battles, but that is about the extent of what I enjoyed. The missions were completely not my thing. However, I did testing out combos, practicing, or even just a simple fight. After the story, there is not a lot more to do in this game! I rather go back to another fighting game!

The fights were fun, but the controls were very hard to master, it was very hard to do with a controller. The walking mechanics were very janky.

It's interesting to note that this game's depiction of Superman has been controversial amongst some comic fans who are used to his regular characterization, as have darker portrayals of Superman in other recent media in general. Some fans just like Superman as he usually is, an ideal to aspire to that does not have to be devoid of anything interesting about his character and conflicts just because he is a powerful but kind person. Someone who chooses to use their powers for good and to persevere in the face of hardship and keep believing in the best of people, despite encountering the worst of them, can be very inspiring to some!
