Introduction
Today we are going to look at a game called Slayer Legend, In this game you will need to kill countless monsters. There is also some idling involved to level up and get new promotions. There are many bosses to kill and weapons to gather. I will not write a story section for this review.
What did I think before playing Slayer Legend
This is a game that came by in an ad while I was playing another game for a review. It intrigued me and it did look fun. I knew it would be nothing like the trailer. I mean, that rarely happens. Nonetheless, I was interested in this game. With a busy life, I really like idle games. Without further ado, we are going to look at the Google Play Store Page.

It seems like this is a game that puts focus on building your damage very high. There is also a focus on cool retro graphics, which I will look into later. There appears to be plenty of skills to unlock, and you can, of course, build your skill set however you please. This game does look like it could be fun to play, so, let’s try!

I rated Slayer Legend with a 7.1 before playing. This looks like a fun little game where you can level up while you idle!
Gameplay
In this game, you will need to collect a boatload of coins to upgrade your stats, these levels go to insane heights. I mean, my attack is over level 10k! This also goes for health points, but some other skills cannot go this high. There are many other ways to improve your stats and increase your damage.
You will need to gather accessories and weapons to get stronger. If you collect enough of them, you can combine them and make better and stronger weapons. However, you can also enchant weapons and accessories, you will need to upgrade all of them. Since just owning an upgraded weapon will also make you stronger.
One of the best boosts in the game is promotion, but to promote you will need to be much stronger. Later on, you will unlock party members who will help with fighting and give passive buffs, pets that will help by giving you more time or dealing damage to your enemies. There are a lot more things to do in this game, but it is all about making your numbers skyrocket!

You can get a lot of premium currency and there is no need to really purchase stuff.
Sound and Graphics
Graphics
The graphics are quite neat, I enjoyed them, they were good for a mobile game. The skills all have unique animations, you can also change your costume and some even give buffs. I liked it that when you equip a new weapon, it shows your character wielding that sword.
Sound
The sound effects did get boring after a while, the soundtracks were not much better either. It is mostly on repeat.

What did I think after playing Slayer Legends?
While I had a lot of fun when playing this game, it did get boring after a while since I kept hitting walls. I could get through them, but it took quite some idling.
One aspect that I did like about this game was the party members. You can unlock them as you play through levels in the separate mode. Then you can upgrade their skills, advance their jobs, and make them much stronger. With how strong the enemies are going to become, you need all the help you can get.

If you are looking for a fun game on your phone, this one might do the trick.

I did play this game for some time, but as I mentioned before, there was a lot of idling.

It seems like mobile games all have the same formula more or less. Slayer Legends looks like it isn't a bad game. At least its pros are more than its cons.
