Introduction
Today we are going to have a smaller review, why? Because Golf it is so small, you could be done with playing the game in a single sitting! You could also do a lot of courses and have fun, but it all depends on how much fun you can have while playing virtual golf! For Golf It, you will need to host every match since there is no single player mode. Luckily, you can play private matches! There is no story in Golf it, you smack the ball!
What did I think before playing Golf It?
There is not a lot that I knew about this game, I guess there is not a lot to know. You hit the ball, watch it roll, miss the hole ten times and then continue! At least that is how golfing works for me! I am very bad at sports! For more information, I went to the Steam page!

It is your goal, in this multiplayer focused golfing game, to get the ball in the hole. Wow, I was expecting something different! Nonetheless, you need to use your mouse to hit the ball, by clicking and dragging on the screen, not by throwing your mouse against the computer screen! I was totally not excited about this game, but nevertheless, I jumped into the fray!

I rate Golf It with a 2.8 before playing.
I get that multiplayer can be fun, but why is there not a single player mode? Having to host a match for just me feels odd.
Gameplay
The core gameplay consists of you making the rules for the match, then playing through eighteen different holes as you try to hit the ball with the right speed to make it go into the hole that is next to the flag! You will need to use your mouse to adjust the angle and how much power your swing will have! I totally ruined this game and made the ball fly to the moon!
This game wants you to team up with friends if you have them. You can also play with other strangers if you can find a game, I was never able to find a game though. You can also create your own maps, if that is what you are into! Furthermore, you can then share this game with your supposed friends! I hope there will be some upgrades when the game fully releases, if it ever fully releases.

There are many other golfing games out there that are more fun, not abandoned, have better loading screens, and a lot more!
Sound and Graphics
Graphics
The graphics feel very bland, like something that comes from a free website. There is no polish whatsoever, even the flag feels ripped off. I just wanted to be done with these graphics asap, games like ping pong from a bygone era had better graphics!
Sound
There were only a few sound effects, these got annoying pretty quick! The soundtrack got on my nerves and I quickly muted the game.
Rating
I rate the sound and graphics of Golf It with a 2.3
I do not think this game will ever see the light of a release since it seems pretty abandoned!
What did I think after playing Golf It?
I was glad that this game was finally done, while it was a very short game, it felt like an eternity of torture, whereas I do have fun in most other golfing games like what the golf! I was unable to find a match, and creating a course is nothing for me. If you have a lot of friends who like to try this game, it could be fun!

If I could, I would cast this game into the fires of Mordor, so it would not return!

I absolutely did not have fun when playing this game! I was very glad this was a short game! Not only that, but I rather play Elex again!

Totally agree with rating. I think such games should have some good/extraordinary idea behind the actual gameplay (right now the idea is straightforward - just the golf without any background story) I really like "Golf Club Wasteland" because at least it have good visuals and some story, so it's very easy to choose what game I'll play 🙂

I have this game in my wishlist but I will be taking it off! I can only really play single player and this sounds pretty awful! The course creator sounds fun but it does overall look quite cheap and basic. I'm definitely going with Golf With Your Friends instead, thanks for helping me make the decision!
