Today we are going to type in a game, we are going to type everyone to dead! That is because we are playing, Typing of the dead! In this game, is a. on rails, typer game, you will be set mostly in the roles of an AMS agent who needs to prevent a mutant outbreak. Want to fire your gun? You better type the word or else, it is going to eat your brains! We don’t use the Z word in this game, these are mutants!
What did I think before playing Typing of the Dead?
A very long time ago, I had a Dreamcast and on that console, I had the game typing of the dead. Well, then I saw a silly video on YouTube which reminded me of that. So, I went to look for a typing game and I found Typing of the Dead-Overkill. Which is the same idea, except it is part 1 of the house of the dead series. I just, had to review this game, and also, it is very close to Halloween! For more information we went to the Steam page!

Oh my god! That line in the Steam page is amazing, your keyboars is your weapon! It is time to type bullet holes into mutants, we really don’t need to call them the Z word. There was even co-op typing. Well, there is no way we were going to pass that up. It is up to you to find out where the mutant outbreak came from and how to stop it. There are multiple main characters, but the focus is on Agent G and detective Isaac Washington.

Story
The story starts with Agent G and Isaac tracing down the mutant outbreak to Papa’s Caesar palace of pain! It follows an amazing way to tell the story but, it is only for adults, children should not watch this story, for several gory reasons.
Rating
I rate the story of Typing of the dead with an 8.5.
I wonder, how many times did I hear the word fuck or motherfucker? There was a missing piece of the story, I need it! This story is actually fun and engaging!
Gameplay
There are nine stages that you need to clear, there are also multiple difficulties depending on well you can type, or rather how fast. As mutants appear on the screen, you need to type words or even a small sentence. Some of these can be crazy, or maybe even just normal. There are also ways to add new words, and even mods for more words! You have health though, so messing up means the mutants will bite you!
If you think that typing mutants to dead is going to be hard, imagine typing a boss to dead! These usually come with set preferences off words but in single player you can override them. This means you will get the weirdest things to type. Imagine having to type, catastrophic erectile dysfunction, to kill a mutant! Yeah, that really happened, I know, screenshot, or it never happened, no worries, I have you covered!
Your character will walk automatically through the levels, there are also items to pick up, these can range from med kits, to slowing down the mutant horde. This will give you plenty of time to type bullet holes into them. There are even mutant clowns, and the bad guys are so cliché, you, I, there is just not a word for it anymore, one of them is an actual motherfucker.

I am sorry for some of the crude language, but, it kind of belongs in this game, as well as in the review. If this bothers you, you should, really, not play this game.
Sound and Graphics
Graphics
While this game is already somewhat older, the graphics are horribly bad and has many bugs. Despite that, it is amazing! It is so bad, it is just good. It is like I am watching one of the worst B movies ever. Just who is agent G? Some of the levels are low resolution, but it just adds to that whole B movie flair. The scenes are really graphic at some points, disgusting even.
Sound
The cutscenes are epic! The interaction between the two main characters is great. It completely makes no sense at all. It is good old idiotic fun. When making people laugh, was more important instead of earning money and pimping the graphics and soundtracks. However, the soundtracks were amazing and a great beat to it! At some moments, I was just bobbing along with the beat while typing insane shit on my keyboard!

I rate the sound and graphics of Typing of the Dead with a 9.4.
There is just that one missing scene, it bothers the hell out of me, there is a missing reel!
What did I think after playing Typing of the Dead?
My wife and I had a lot of fun when playing Typing of the dead, The graphics were fun to look at, as well as the cutscenes. The chit-chat between the characters while going through the levels were great as well. The levels were challenging, the bosses were also challenging, the final boss was one of the most challenging things ever. Free typing! Well, we completed the game a few times!
There are many mods that you can add to add even more words. There are also official DLC packs which will add more words. The Shakespeare words were fun to type! I never imagined I had to call a mutant a cunt and that it would die, or clap your cheeks and die. This game had me and my wife laughing so hard, we actually cried! It was so simple, yet so amazing! If you want to try something new, you should really play this game!

What are my personal thoughts about Typing of the Dead?
For some reason, the cutscenes are still funny the third time around. It just, cracks me up each time. It makes no sense whatsoever. The plot is somehow more reasonable compared to other B movies like Sharknado.

- If you dislike crude languange and bad words, this is not a game for you.
- Just who is Agent G?
I think I like the level with the mutant that looks like the one of the ring the most, that creepy thing keeps stalking you through the levels! Man, if a kid plays this game, they are going to have nightmares for months.

Some of the things I saw were, quite shocking. I mean, I had to type, Type ABCD for nude agent G. Luckily, only the mutant died.
